Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque

omg i love this stuff! i got it from Sally's Beauty store for $3.49~! not only is it super cheap it works great! I was breaking out due to a combination of stress, and not sleeping enough. this really helped me get rid of those breakouts quickly. you know it's a pain in the butt when you have to use extra concealer to cover up blemishes. :)

what you do: after you clean your face and pat it dry, you apply this on and leave it on for 15 minutes or so, and simply rinse it off and put on your regular moisturizer and you're good to go! i recommend doing this at night, it's very relaxing. =)

pros: love the cool consistency and the feel, feels very minty and cold on my face [just the way i like it, it's cheap, they even say you could leave it on your problem areas overnight (i haven't been that brave yet hahaha), and it makes me look like that guy from the mask, cool huh! i get to scare little kids! hahaha i'm kidding, don't do that, it really is scary! my mommy did it once, i almost had a tiny little heart attack when i was about 3.

i also love their other products! like their grapeseed mask

my comfort food: over easy eggs (i like it crispy on the edges but it didn't turn out that way because i couldn't wait to eat it! ahahha) and potatoes (a little salty, of course it tastes better when someone special makes it for you!) :)

lately i've been researching alot on how to make cool and attractive bento boxes (so i can make them for my future kids! hahaha lol that's like in another 10 years or so [hopefully!]) so i went to Ichiban Kan in San Francisco and hoarded a bunch of goodies, they're all super super cute! you basically use all these little stuff to decorate your bento boxes. beware sometimes when you buy bento boxes they can smell bad, so avoid buying the cheap 1.50 one at Ichiban Kan and invest in a good one! (i bought mine on ebay)

here's my first bento box! you like? don't worry i know my sad rudimentary skills , but i'm working on it! i'll post my hoard later on, i have a final to study for!

p.s. if you ever feel like giving up, here's what i repeat to myself, "i am who i am, i live my age and i love myself" or "i will not be vanquished" oh yeah i know i'm corny, but it sure helps me when i'm feeling down.
