How to make your eyelashes longer and fuller products that work

Have you guys ever wanted wonderfully long and full lashes? And have you heard about products like Revitalash and Dermaquest dermalash (has "natural" ingredients), jan marini, ardell lash accelerator, Massive lash, etc?

Ever thought it was too good to be true? well, it is! Although it does work, especially revitalash (dermaquest dermalash takes longer), most of these products contain a glaucoma drug which causes side effects. Ever wondered why Jan Marini and revitalash was pulled from the us market? this is why, and supposedly Revitalash came up with a "new" ingredient (Forumula Lashgro propriety formulation) in its newly revised Revitalash version 2, its new ingredent STILL causes side effects. It's new formula is the same key ingredient in the reformulated Jan Marini product (prostaglandin) which can cause irritation and change the color of the eyes.

AND to make matters worse, the products stop working after 6 months or so. I have a friend who used revitalash and after about 6 months, her eyelashes actually started to fall off and it was much less than even before she started revitalash, so BEWARE!

So guys, steer clear of these products, it just doesn't sound safe. Be sure to research the ingredients first, take care of your body!

Meanwhile, if you want full and long lashes, be sure you have all your nutrients, and even a little vaseline everynight before you go to sleep helps it stay soft and gives the illusion of fuller lashes.

or

Stick with mascara, but be sure to use a primer before you put on mascara (makes it look longer and fuller anddd it's so much easier to take off)

love ya'll

update: Vanessa, a reader just said that Jan Marini came out with a new product without prostaglandin (the harmful ingredient) and came out with
a Proprietary Peptide that is supposed to be better...I haven't used it, so if anyone has, let me know. I'm still wary of such things but thanks Vanessa!

i've been using one these products for about 3 weeks now, and i really have been seeing the difference.

but with this review/info, i totally panicked. you are right, i should have researched some more before i used the product.

i'm definitely going to stop using the product i'm using. better be safe than sorry.

thanks for the info. *hugs*

Jan Marini actually came out with a new, non-prostaglandin eyelash enhancer this year. It is made of peptides. I love how thick my eyelashes are now. Eveyone always asks me and my mom if we are wearing fake eyelashes because they are so long.
