Visine as makeup sealant
"Visine for eyes, it works as a sealant for MMU powder liners, use this in place of water, swirl the powder onto your brush and apply, this will last until you take it off.

hey, i wear contacts and i used to use visine to control the redness in my eyes, but it's actually bad for you. visine makes the redness go away, but it also makes your eyes dependent on it to not be red anymore. it constricts the blood flow or something like that. just wanted to let you know so it doesn't happen to you!
